Breaking the cycle of violence that affects an entire community begins with empowering individuals to make choices that are healthy and safe for themselves and those around them. Empower Tehama provides intervention and inclusive, safe, and confidential supportive services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

We are also committed to breaking that cycle before it begins through prevention education and Camp HOPE Tehama, where youth impacted by trauma build resiliency and foster HOPE—creating pathways to healthier futures for themselves and their communities
